We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Editor to help bring the STRYKER brand to life through powerful visuals. From product shoots to campaign ads, from athlete content to events, your camera and your edit will define how millions experience our world. If you love storytelling through film, know your way around cameras and color, and can juggle both creativity and structure, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Production

• Plan, film, and direct product videos and branded shoots
• Shoot and direct STRYKER athlete content and STRYKER event recaps
• Film YouTube and social media content with Steve Long
• Create short-form ads and reels with strong hooks and CTA
• Coordinate and execute shot lists with vision and precision

Post-Production

• Edit videos for various formats (Reels, YouTube, Ads, etc.)
• High-level motion graphics and animation skills
• Strong sense for pacing, storytelling, and music syncing
• Apply professional color grading techniques
• Organize and manage footage, timelines, and revisions
• Work with freelance editors and agencies to increase content output
• Stick to deadlines and ensure content meets the calendar

What We’re Looking For

• Expert in Editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & DaVinci Resolve
• Strong camera knowledge
• Experience shooting in dynamic field environments (Dhaka streets, events, etc.)
• Great storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for detail
• Organized and proactive planner — can manage complex shoots
• Able to balance solo editing and team-based content production
• Bonus if you’re into sports or Gen Z culture
