Description

We’re looking for an energetic and smart Sales Field Manager to join the Stryker team. You need to be great with people and good at selling. You should also be able to train others to sell like you. Your main job is to manage the sales team on the ground, help them sell better, and make sure Stryker is available all over Dhaka.

If you’re confident, love talking to people, and can turn a “maybe” into a “let’s go,” this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Field Training & Sales Support (60–70%)

• Be the go-to Stryker expert—know the product and how to sell it.
• Go out with our sales team as they visit shops and stores.
• Train and motivate them to sell more.
• Help improve sales techniques and daily performance.
• Find out why people say “no” and help the team fix those issues.
• Help your team become better and more confident sellers.

Sales Expansion & Niche Channels (20%)

• Find and sell Stryker to new places like gyms, clubs, stadiums, hotels, and hangouts.
• Build a network of cool people who can sell Stryker in different spots.
• Think creatively—if young people go there and drinks are sold, we want Stryker there too.

Account Management (5–10%)

• Build good relationships with top stores and partners.
• Work with big shops and promising locations to keep sales strong.
• Make sure Stryker is visible, stocked, and looking good at all times.
• Send regular sales reports to your manager—daily and monthly.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone confident, friendly, and great at selling.
• Experience in sales or leading a team is a big plus.
• Comfortable working outside every day.
• A leader who sets the example for others.
• Knows Dhaka well or is ready to learn.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in FMCG, field sales, or with youth-focused brands.
